Smart Pet – Refund & Return Policy

At Smart Pet, we strive to deliver high-quality products and the best experience for you and your pets. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (for electronic items).

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing photos or videos.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • If the correct product is delivered and your pet does not like, accept, or use the product.

  • If your pet refuses to use the product or is not comfortable with it.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or tags.

Important: Pets not using or accepting a product cannot be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

3. Electronic & Smart Products Policy

  • Once an electronic or smart product (automatic litter box, feeders, fountains, etc.) is opened, installed, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • These products are eligible only for replacement or service in case of a verified manufacturing defect under warranty.

  • Physical damage, water damage, power issues due to improper usage, or tampering are not covered.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
