Smart Pet – Return & Refund Policy

At Smart Pet, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver the best products for you and your furry friends. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

Customers can return the product within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied.
The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required for processing returns.

2. Refund Process

If the product is returned within the eligible period, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Exchange Policy

If Smart Pet has delivered the correct product but the customer wishes to exchange it (for any reason such as size, color, or personal preference), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
The new product will be shipped after the returned product reaches us in its original condition.

4. Exceptions

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return/refund.
Customized or perishable items may not be eligible for returns unless received damaged or defective.
