At Smart Pet, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

• Once your order is placed, our team takes up to 24 hours to carefully pack and dispatch your order.

• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday, as our logistics partners do not operate over the weekend.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• In case of any unforeseen delays (such as courier or weather-related issues), our support team will keep you informed promptly.
